Educated as an Industrial Designer, Hakki loves to put things in perspective, and questions continuously. He can’t stop himself quoting Roberto Verganti if you ask him about design and innovation: “Design is not about styling. It’s not about technology. It’s about radical change in meaning. These are things that people were not asking for, but when they saw them, they fell in love.” In that sense Hakki is a true maker; he thinks by doing. And exactly that makes him an Experiment Designer for MakerLab. With a background in Interaction Design and his Visual Design skills, he is able to quickly design and prototype to make ideas tangible, and validate.
